The vacuum forming process can be used to make most product packaging, speaker casings, car body and interior parts, prototype machine coverings, almost any half 3d objects.

We ask that , draft angles must be present in the design on the mold (a recommended minimum of 3°), otherwise release of the formed plastic and the mold is difficult.

The depth of the draw is depending of the overall shape and thickness of the material required.

We can use your mold or direct from an object or create a mold to fit your needs.
