The vacuum forming process sometimes referred to as vacuumforming or thermoforming  can be used to make most product packaging, speaker casings, car body and interior parts, prototype machine coverings, almost any half 3d modeling objects.

We ask that, draft angles must be present in the design on the mold (a recommended minimum of 3°), otherwise release of the formed plastic and the mold is difficult.

The depth of the draw is depending of the overall shape and thickness of the material required.

We can use your existing mold or direct form a mold from an object you have or create a prototype mold to fit your needs.
